Power Forge

The sport of Powerlifting incorporates the three most effective gym exercises for building serious all-round power and core strength. Join us in the Power Forge as we focus each week on the squat, bench press, and deadlift along with other functional strength training exercises. Whether you want to work towards future powerlifting competitions or just to compete against yourself - come into the forge and start smashing those PBs on a regular basis.
